Medical Marijuana Could Be Eighteen Months Away
The fate of medical marijuana is now in the hands of the Department Of Health. Lawmakers are waiting to see how it will be regulated, how it will be licensed to doctors to prescribe, and a few other key points.
The controversy now seems to be focused on Governor Cuomo being able to pull the plug at anytime.
Many people feel if a sick person needs it, and they feel better because of it, is it fair to take it away from them? Keep in mind this would be after it's already been prescribed to them legally. Good point to argue, right?
There is also concern as to the form it will come in. You will not be able to smoke it. It will be in an oil form or through vaporization. Sorry Cheech and Chong!
Do you think it would be fair to take it away once it becomes legal?
